Boreal forest flora is rich and varied and includes carnivorous, edible, and medicinal plants, edible and medicinal mushrooms, herbs and spices. In the company of an experienced guide, enjoy a tour of the woods and learn to identify, pick, clean, and cook wild mushrooms, including chanterelle, morel, bolete, matsutake and pholiota. Also, you can reserve a meal of local produces, for a catered event or a community meal.
