This first microbrewery in the region, Maître Renard, offers a choice of locally brewed beers made from products of the boreal forest as well as an impressive selection of privately imported wines. Cocktails and tapas are also available.
A guided tour of the facility for groups is available upon reservation (2 days in advance). Lasting 45 minutes, one of the brewers will explain the brewing process and let you taste some of the beers. $20 per person for groups of 4 or less. $15 per person for a group of 5 or more, maximum of 10 people.
