Air Creebec's origin dates to the years following the ratification of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement in 1975. That's when it became evident that the Cree Nation of Eeyou Istchee needed regular scheduled air service to meet its unique travel and business needs. To serve an emerging market and a growing economy, the Cree Nation embraced the opportunity to extend its activities to air transportation and Air Creebec was born.
Air Creebec's primary purpose is to provide safe, reliable and efficient air transportation within Eeyou Istchee and beyond.
