Aanischaaukamikw Cree Cultural Institute is a museum, archives center, library, teaching center, cultural center, and a virtual hub designed for interactivity. It is also a public space of learning, experience and celebration of the Cree culture.
Opened in 2011, ACCI helps "complete the circle" of the James Bay Crees' quest to exercise full control over all aspects of their lives, communities, and cultural destiny.
